Hi peeps,

As my workplace Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) it was suggested I shared this with my colleagues. I thought you guys might benefit from it too. It might seem a bit lengthy, but try and read it through because it is very good advise - in my opinion.

Thank you for this. I did wonder what would happen if I had an episode..

Although I will admit the washing hands is triggering an ocd attack from a long time ago, and one that I had hot under control.
