Copying from email

Can anyone tell me how to copy an email with pictures and text into a post?

You can’t put pictures into replies, but you can cut and paste text. You can add images into new posts.

Easiest is probably to do a screenshot of your email and then start a new post and down the bottom is a button for adding an photo. You can then select the image.
