Hi there, yes I have all that and more. There are actually cysts that have grown within the joints of the bones on my feet. I can't walk without pain because one of the cysts is growing out from the bottom of my left foot. Rhuemy says surgery soon.
But I really didn't want to reply just to compare problems, I found something that helps a little bit. Stretching. Listen at first it hurts but I found it gets a little easier.
Get in the position of a lunge (wait! Dont give up on me yet), then stretch the leg that is kicked out in the back by trying to put your heel on the floor. The longe doesn't have to be low at all. Just get in a position to kick one leg back and stretch it for 15 secs.
I can't bend my knees so I have to use my body to kick a leg out behind me, if that makes any sense.
Also/or try standing, holding on to something, putting your foot up on the bed or seat of a chair and touch, if you can, your toes. Or just lean in towards your toes for 15 secs.
Both of these are designed to help stretch the large tendon that runs down the back of the legs.
**this is also good for sciatica.
I hope this was helpful.
