4 days 6hrs work

Week 2 of 4 days a week and 6hrs each day and though brain fog not so apparent at work by the time I get home the fatigue washes over me. However I actually felt I had achieved some of my goals this weekend and made some sensible department actions, so fingers crossed the reduced hours and days helps me.

That seems like a huge mountain to climb when you’ve got RD.... keep fighting... you’ve only got Christmas Day off? If I remember rightly. Enjoy 😊

Thinking if you Deeb and sending best wishes for things to get better for you soon. It can't be easy as things are just now but from reading your posts you're certainly a fighter. Have a good Christmas and hope 2020 is a much better year for you 🙂
