Type 2 diabetes rates and high blood pressure and high cholesterol gone . I'm delighted and thought I'd share as I know ove posted on here about weight gain side effects. You look fabulous in your photo, a sincere well done to you. I've lost 2 and a half stone, but have been 'stuck' for almost 3 months. I assume because my steroids have increased, but no weight gain so I'm holding onto that.

Have a lovely Christmas.

Crikey Allanah...that’s more than I weighed when Leflunomide stole my appetite......well done that lady!

Many congratulations....I’m sure it must have been a long long long trek....but good on you getting there so successfully.

Wow, look at you! A really very big well done E! Not losing it quickly made all the difference I would expect? You look really well on it & a whole new wardrobe needed, not to say helping health-wise, well you know what I mean. Yay!

Hope all's well otherwise & you have a lovely Christmas. The first is always that bit more reflective but hope you'll all get through it without too much sadness. x

Wow, what an amazing achievement! Many don’t realise that type 2 diabetes is reversible if action is taken quickly to make lifestyle changes. I hope others might be inspired by your example. You look so good in spite of RA etc.

I lived in York for 23 years after growing up in Scotland. At Christmas, I was surprised when visiting church friends, to be offered a slice of Christmas cake and a piece of Wensleydale with it. No icing etc on the cake either. All my four sons were born there too. One is back there, drives for Connexion buses.

Have a lovely Christmas, Allanah. 🎄

That is fantastic news .I'm three years on steroids and have g problems.

Hate the weight gain though it depressed my appetite !

Numerous infections etc.

So to hear that people can get off of them and lose weight and be healthy it warms my heart and I'm delighted for you :-)
