Amgevita - short lived hope

Amgevita! I started 7 weeks ago. It seemed to be a miracle drug almost immediately giving me relief, but for four days before my last injection my pain, swelling etc returned and the last injection brought no relief at all. Not much point in poisoning my system with something that doesn't work!

I guess I will phone the RA nurse on Monday.

At least I live on this gorgeous coast, though today is rather grey.

I agree Brushwork, no good poisoning your system with something that doesn’t work, time to try something different. I’m an RA sufferer of 22yrs and have significant damaged joints and are constantly flaring, but I’m always willing to try anything on offer to help. RA nurse always there for help.

Beautiful costal view!!! I’m sooo jealous. Keep well 🤗X

May I suggest you read the adilumumab BNF page.
