Hi. I dont know if you remember, but 4 months ago I posted on here for help as I had received confirmation that my DLA was coming to an end and I had to apply for PIP. I had great advice from people on here and on their advice I went to the CAB who helped me fill out the form. I had to go for a face to face and today I got my result..... Standard Daily Living and Enhanced Mobility!!!!!!! I can't believe it so thank you allππ
Goodbye DLA......Hello PIP: Hi. I dont know if you... - NRAS
Goodbye DLA......Hello PIP
Result!!!!
Great news xxx
Marvellous result, and you did all the correct actions too, so take some of the credit yourself.
Great news ππ»
Good news I've enhanced care and enough mobility to still get a blue badge x
Excellent news! Well done! It's such a relief, isn't it?
So pleased for you. You obviously took our experiences & applied them so well done to you. Pleased you keep your Motability car too, that's something I've held off doing for fear of not getting enhanced mobility at my second renewal. Daft I know but I can't seem to be able to convince myself. π₯΄
Great, that should be a better income boost than DLA was. Very happy for you!
Congratulations! I'm applying for SSDI (disability income) here in the US and the time and effort I've spent filling out the questionnaires has literally put me into a flare. I've read only 30-some % of people get approved on their initial application and now I understand why.
That's what it's like here. The initial form is like writing a novel! You then usually have to go to a face to face meeting, where you go over the same questions again and again. - they're trying to catch you out! Good luck ππ
Well done , that's a great result. This group helped me pluck up the courage to apply and it looks like I've been awarded pip first time lucky.
I do remember! Iβm really pleased for you. Excellent news. It is worth making an extra effort to complete the form to the very best that you can. It paid off for me earlier this year too. x
Brilliant news, I received my pip in September. One less thing for us to worry about.
