Pain relief / compression stocking / elevate / ice it .... do all u need to and reduce the pain and swelling. Try to limit using it tomorrow???? Know how u feel 😬

I feel your pain I have just had a terrible flare in my right hand. Have you tried ice packs? It really helped me plus rest, night resting splint and pain killers.

Mine seems to be settling I hope your does too.

I took Facebook off my phone so I wasn't tempted to use it for a week, it helped. No one noticed I was gone 😕

Nothing really touches flares like that bar tramadol to try & get some sleep but Lidl do Velcro ice pack for wrists, ankles, wraps round & stays put: bought one today for my elbow £2.99, might give a bit of relief? hope it fades soon.

Me too! I do hope you're is fading now . .. Mine was triggered by walking too far with walking sticks, I said to my friend I need to turn back now cos this is hurting my wrists, she said, oh come on Mo it's mind over matter... That was six weeks ago and it did some real damage. Seeing OT tomorrow for some advice, but I hope you are feeling better by now? What painkillers do you find helps the most?

Must be something in the air. Never really suffer with pain in my hands although they are a mess. But these last few days right hand looks like a puff ball mushroom 🍄 omg it hurts ..
