Worcester NRAS Group

Meetings held at Lyppard Hub in Ankerage Green, Warndon Villages, Worcester WR4 0DZ from 6.45pm - 8.30pm .

24th September - Rachel Chapman, Occupational Therapy Clinical Specialist, Trauma, Orthopaedics & Rheumatology, will present: 'Self Management Strategies for RA'

Greater Glasgow & Clyde NRAS Group

Meetings held at Tesco Rollox Community Room, Tesco Extra, Cobden Rd, St Rollox Business Park, Glasgow, G21 1YL from 7:00pm - 8:30pm.

26th September - Guest speakers: Sam Finlay & Lucy MacDonald, PhD students from the University of Glasgow will present: 'How to retain remission in rheumatoid arthritis'

West Dorset (Dorchester) NRAS Group

Meetings held at Dorchester Community Church, Liscombe Street, Poundbury, Dorchester, DT1 3DF from 7:00-8:30pm.

26th September - Age UK Dorset will be talking about their 'Balance' exercise classes that they run and will also talk about what Age UK do to support people in the local area.

West Wales (Pembrokeshire) NRAS Group

Meetings held at the Renal Unit Seminar Room at Withybush General Hospital, Fishguard Rd, Haverfordwest SA61 2PZ from 6:30pm.
