Sorry to hear of your pain - we’ve all been there. I usually speak with my consultant. Short term I take paracetamol so I can sleep, I use Ibuprofen if I feel the pain is too much to bear. My Rheumy then would put me on the dreaded prednisone.... Not what I would want but pred got me moving again. It was a short term fix.
I am now on a biologic and we are still monitoring it. Whilst I still get the aches and pain - it has dampened the fire so to speak, as my pain and inflammation was unbearable.
If I get a flare now, it's a magnesium bath, meditation and bed.
I do take supplements also that has helped me with pain. I pray long may this last.
Wishing you a speedy recovery - don't suffer, speak to a professional and take medication to ease your pain if you must. Paracetamol is the gentlest of the bunch of pain meds. 😌
Thank you , it is good to share ideas as it makes you feel so alone and people around you get fed up if you say how you feel, they think you’re putting it on but , my goodness this is real.
Yes sounds like a flare I listen to meditations when I have flares at night they really help here is a few I have used hope you get some relief soon 🙏🙏
