Morning everyone. I just read this morning that Spirulina should not be taken by anyone with an autoimmune condition as it can make things worse. Apparently Wheatgrass may be a better alternative as it doesn't have the same effect . Does anyone have any experience of taking either of these or even moringa or chlorella in powder form? Many thanks

I use to take Moringa but didn't notice any difference whatsoever so now stick to my array of turmeric, rosemary, ginger, matcha, chamomile, liquorice tea. (Not all on the same day). However, that said, we are all different, give it a try.
As for wheatgrass it is an acquired taste I got bored - it's very gloppy too. Used in smoothies.
