Don't know where you got that from, but I love it. When first diagnosed this theory changed my perspective and really helped me to get through very difficult dark days, It's the way I explain things to my family. I heard about spoon theory from this great site. So obvious but untill you read it you don't know. May try and print it off and put round house. THANK YOU. (Ignoring spelling)
