Decided after a week of onslaught at work and tackling all the stresses my team wanted to throw at me this week I would treat myself from one of the purchases I got for the retail unit.
Becoming a mentor on anxiety and depression for one of my team and then mentoring a mentor was not quite the track I was expecting but apparently my approachable no nonsense but 'laugh for christ sake' approach goes down well at the centre!
All this on my first 2 weeks of prednisone which has left me being able to move but maybe (not told anyone at work or hubby) a tad high so I am rocking thro the workload! However today I am trying to be good on my day off and REST as I keep seeing that word.
OMG Deeb! They do that to me! 🤪🤪DONT OVERDO IT!!!! It’s all false and you can be causing damage to your joints, even though it’s lovely to feel “normal “ for a while. My family run under the table when I’m on high doses of prednisone as I can be very argumentative 🙈🙈. Love ya new book! 🤗 X

Will remember that....just happy high at the moment but coming off them next week as done my 2 week trial and then to review with Doc!
I ended up on 5mg daily as just couldn't cope or function after 3 lots of 3 wks in 6 months 1 year ago. Please take care as you say it's a false high. My oh was on 30mg for 2 wks . Was manic. He won't go on that high dose again it's usually 25mg so he is ok on that.
