Steps per day

I decided on a 'quiet day' at work to see how many steps I do by trying to keep the tracker on me. Only when we had an emergency did I not have it on me and I think I covered some ground during that moment!

Got home to 9234 steps. Now when a mentor at a college (pre RA but with OA) I was doing on average 16000 steps a day. So I thought I was hardly walking now but I am still doing on a quiet day more than I realised.

These feet are made for walking

And that's just what they'll do

One of these days these boots

Are gonna walk all over you

Yeah

Well done Deeb that’s many more steps than I managed. Mind you I did go to an aqua aerobics class this morning for a half hour workout and managed most of it, even the high intensity exercises. And I exercised my brain this evening with a two hour learning basic Italian class.

I’m worn out and ready to face plant on the bed too 💤

The duvet battle and trying to keep a cat who was lounging happily on bed 🛌 has meant face planting was essential at end of task.
