Hi I know I’m sounding inpatient but I’m so fed up of feeling Ill and exhausted all the time (Arn’t we all!🙁)
Any after much jumping through hops, repeated chest X-rays etc I had my first imraldi injection yesterday and have felt horrible every since- cold, aching and so tired I can barely get of the sofa.
What have other people’s experiences been? I need some light at the end of the tunnel. I was off work sick for over 5 months while I adjusted to methotrexate and really don’t want to go through that again.
Yours hopefully Barbara

I've been on Imraldi for nearly three months now. It has made a difference but I still have hand swelling and some pain but much more manageable than before. I do get tired the next day after injection and a bit of swelling at injection site which then goes. I'm also taking methotrexate, sulfa and prednisone. All these meds take some time to work and when you are in a flare I know the feeling that you think nothing will work. If you are worried please contact your rheumatoid team as these drugs are very strong and you do need to make sure you check on any side effects. Good luck, look after yourself and seek some medical advice to make sure all is going ok.
Thank you Hopeful (great username btw 😊) reassuring to know you feel tired the day after but okay after that. I take methotrexate and hydroxychoraquine. I did take prednisalone for 2 years but came off prior to assessment for the imraldi and it made me feel so brain dead and low plus I couldn’t lose any weight! x
