Hi everyone

Has anyone tried fasting for 3-5 days or juice fasting to help with their RA? If so did it help?

This question also relates to food intolerances.

No but there are things that can ease it and for some it’s having a root canal sorted, for others eliminating certain foods seems to help and for others maybe sorting a different sleep routine takes the edge off the situation. For me avoiding too much carbs eases things sometimes and sillily early nights when the fatigue steps up helps.
