Still not a perfect split yet

I have been moving on to practice the split legs exercise regularly every morning. After so many months of trying, I still cannot do a perfect split yet. I believe I will be able to get there, I know I just need more practice.

Recall those days, I was not able to walk properly and I walked like a machine. Working closely with my rheumy and the physiotherapists, finally I am able to achieve a very active and normal life again.

Continue the daily exercises, we will be healthy and our joints will be strong. This is my own experience to share. I am doing that so I hope other can also follow.

Dear Ruth, I did put in a lot of effort to come to this stage. Therefore RA patients can actually have a normal and active life if we are treated early and work closely with our rheumy.

As long as you do it consistently, it should be good enough. It is not the kind of exercise that one does, it is what you can do and do it consistently.
