Finally bit the bullet today and rang the Rheumy to request a different biologic. Enbrel has been great for 14 years but the last year has been steadily downhill. My consultant said it was ok to change and gave me a choice of 4 others. (Mus try and find the list)
My question is, do I go for another anti-tnf as enbrel worked so well or should I choose a totally different
Has anyone else changed from Enbrel, if so, what did you change to and was it successful.
Thanks

Thanks, I spoke to the nurse this afternoon and we've narrowed it down to rituximab or orencia. Need to do a bit more digging and make a decision between the two.
I have been on Rituximab since 2016 .....it has been very successful for me - originally two infusions two weeks apart twice a year ....have now been told I can go to once a year or possibly on demand. Obviously can’t say it will suit you but I am very happy with it .
Do you hope which ever one you choose is a great success.
