Methotrexate stop working after knee revision

I had a knee revision in December, 2018. I was weaned off of pain medication in February, 2019. Right after that my legs started to hurt so bad that I didn't want to walk. Then my face became very red across my cheeks and the bridge of my nose. (My doctor treats me for RA not Lupus). Then the hot flashes resurfaced even though I take medication for that. So I called my Doctor and was put on a low dose of Predisone. Felt better and then came down a head cold.

Cold is gone. But my face is still red. And now my Methotrexate injection is making my stomach nauseous. What is going on?

I am seeing my Dr soon but just wondered if anyone had any ideas.

Could be a symptom of lupus or rosacea. I have the latter, and the chances are that's what you have if indeed it is either of the those.
