Burning knuckles!
Sorry for your pain and discomfort. Ive been getting a burning heat sensation and redness more and more. Likely due to advancing disease activity.
Hope you find some relief.
Yep, before I started hydroxy I had this a few times looks like the same two red joints as mine too, they looked very red and area swelled so could hardly
See the knuckle, was burning, literally hot, swollen and felt bruised if I touched the joints... good news is it left as quick as it began... only to appear exactly the same place on my other hand about 3-4 days later! I then had it in the original hand about 2 months after that, but lasting less time and not so swollen just red... but still the burning sensation almost like nerve pains..
hope yours leaves just as fast as mine did.
I would have attatached a photo of mine but I don’t know how!

Yes all part of RA I’m afraid! Mine came and went with meds. Make sure you rest when your body tells you to. I find this helps, although frustrating when your not used to giving in to tiredness. 😘

Absolutely. Mine are always red but worsen during flares, from daily use, etc. My extremities and joints turn solid, bright red all the time. It’s a sign of the inflammation. I have pictures to share, I’m just trying to figure out how to!
Hi yes I get this about once a month the pain is terrible I take mtx hydroxychloroquine It also gets itchy I take pain killers but does not seem to do anything but it does pass I also over Christmas suffered with carpel tunnel which is painful but a different pain to RA,
