Hey good for you. I’ve just had both knees done 8 weeks ago, plus my ankle needs a fusion or replacement. It’s not a great experience I will say but you don’t have the same pain and it’s takes a big effort to do the exercises etc to get the movement back. Getting it straight in the first month is imperative long term, the bend will come more gradually. Hydro by far the best physio, so much easier in the water. Mine are quite good now, pain mostly gone, I reckon it be a good few months before I could say I’m happy with them, the ankle prob hasn’t t helped else I’d be racing about. I’ve had both hips placed too and the knees are way harder all round, Good luck and keep us posted. X
