This might sounds nuts but the most strongest words you can say to your self, is- I am

so that's what I am doing the last few days

I am saying it over and over again

as well as meds and diet

I am saying

I am well

I am healthy

I am pain free

over and over again

worth a go isn't it

we haven't anything to lost by saying it

I imagine as I am saying it that a light coming through my head going through my body to all my pain areas and through my body, out through my feet.

Hi Veronica - anything’s worth a go. I do this at night when I can’t sleep.. imagine breathing in lovely clean, pain cleaning white light and breathing out black, negative nastiness. Sometimes helps a little.. probably sounds a bit crazy to others!!! Sarah xx

thoughts become things, how many times, have you said something or thought something and then seen the same thing on TV? or saw it in black and white written on something? or thought the phone was going to ring and it does?

I think that having this disease makes us a lot more aware of our own consciousness through pain and how we have to be mentally strong xx
