Hi everyone, I have not been diagnosed yet. But my doctors had diagnosed me with Achilles tendinitis, but after two years physically compromised and having lots of other areas of my body not feeling happy or well and going for ultrasound which was told my original diagnosis wasn’t correct but was sudgested was RA and since going back to my docs two docs said it could be RA but have referred me to rheumatology which my appointment isn’t for another 9 weeks. Thankfully I’ve always been interested in my health but given daily circumstances and life’s challenges it’s not always easy looking after your health and knowing what to do for the best as we as humans are pulled in different directions according to our commitments. I reciently had my so called first flare which has affected my feet still now knees and hands face and internally didn’t feel comfortable. Mentally I felt so stressed. Thankfully I was given nurproxin and gastro tablets but it helped a bit.but then got really bad stomach pains and my stomach swelled up so much my ribs hurt. At this point feeling really odd that my body has behaved like this for months I’ve read lots watched videos on how to cure this condition and still learning what makes our body’s and minds happy. What I have understood is that we have to ingest clean wholesome foods that are not polluted and what our body’s require to sustain our existence. And as much as medicine is good it doesn’t cure, there is no medicine that can cure anything it’s a quick fix. Taking control of what you ingest each day hourly and knowing what’s in it. Questioning what’s going into your body. Questions we should be asking is this good is this really helping long term short term do we have enough good thinking careing people around us who don’t have an addenda! People who wish us well and have the brains and capacity to help In a positive way. Nutrition is key. To all RA or immunodeficiency persons please look at your day ahead and think carefully sorry to ramble on but I care very much and wish everyone to live long n prosper. We cannot be of help and support to one another if we’re not being collective in our thoughts and deeds. Please think well. Much love to you xxx

Good luck with your Achilles. It hurts doesn't it?!! Strict rest, care on stairs in particular and no sudden jumps or sudden stretches of the tendon, eg by running for a while. Once any swelling has gone start with gentle stretching. If you aggravate it, then it could trouble you for years! Diet will have absolutely no bearing on it, just rest and natural healing which takes much time for a tendon, especially a big /thick tendon like the Achilles. It may never be 100% good as new again, even in ten year's time I'm afraid. I had this and it healed okay until I jumped down from a low wall [ two feet high!] about seven years later when it flared a bit for two months, then gradually improved again. Nowadays I can cautiously and gently use weight-training machines at the gym but never push it too hard!

Hi, I totally agree with eating yourself fitter. I read a book that says traumatic experience s as a child or about a year before you start with ra can help cause the disease. So that needs healing. Plus leaky gut. ( supplements and green veg, good food) can help with this. And exercise. All this can help us help ourselves. No sugar, low carb diet. Is that what you mean?

Yes, I read you can clean your blood in 4 months and while your doing it fixes leaky gut. There’s a fantastic chap on YouTube Dr John Bergerman. I checked out how to reverse RA. Can only give it a try as his explanation and advice is fantastic. Check him out 😀

Hi new50, thankyou so much for that you tube video suggestion. It’s just what I needed to boost me up and think it could actually work! Full steam ahead now😇just have to be an absolute saint with food and move around more. Got an app too from Glenn Harold for relaxation and anxiety. Thanks again. Are you trying it too?

That’s my biggest problem is learning to switch my mind into relaxed mode, it’s just totally changing your lifestyle, cognitive thinking takes 21 days to set your mind back to factory reset to default lol. Let me know how you get on. I know it’s hard to be positive all the time but just watch kids films mellow music anything that distracts your head from anything negative 😀

Yes, from feeling really shitty for months I started reading shed loads of information and watched lots of different vids because I couldn’t hardly move and don’t want to take the drugs.so started implementing some key aspects to assist my body. All I know is I felt great after 6 days totally made me want to carry on. Still reading and soaking up relevant information, just putting a daily plan of action together. Still early days but so far so good. 😀
