Has anyone ever considered that the problems or side effects put down to RA medications may actually be due to the use of PPI's (Olansprazole etc). Its an interesting question and particulary relevant at this time to me.

Fraid not as I don’t take ppi s. I sometimes wonder if it’s disease itself too, flares generally mean I don’t feel too well either. It’s a mystery x

I started PPIs many years before my RA appeared, so no. Especially as they don't give me any side effects....

Don't use them, so not in my case.

I've been using PPIs for 20 years, had to change to pantoprazole due to nausea with others, but no problems at all.

I never needed the PPIs until after diagnosis of RA.
