I spoke to the dr on Wednesday and got told to take the rescue pack i had in the cupboard and to ring him today. He came out this afternoon to check me over and said i have fibrosis now to add to the mix. I am down the hospital on the 1st of June for respiratory to see what they can do about it. Just something else for me to fight. xxxx

I’m so sorry to hear this. I hope your respiratory consultant can answer all your questions and help you manage this with physio and meds. Thinking of you, dear Sylvi. 💗xxxxx
Oh Sylvi - it just goes on and on doesn’t it! You must be so fed up with feeling bad. Sending you good weekend she’s, hope yu feel better soon. x
I really feel for you . It’s been one thing after another for you 💐x
Sorry to hear this sylvi.
oh Sylvi, im so sorry to hear your news, you could do without this for sure. Sending some love to help with your day💖💕💟🎀xxxx
Much love. So much to cope with….x
Oh Sylvi sorry to read this xx
Oh Sylvi what a blow! Hope the respiratory team can help you to manage it. You’re a fighter - stay strong 💪 xx
So sorry Sylvi, sending big hugs x
Sorry to hear this Sylvia. One of the potential problems with rheumatoid arthritis and the drugs we have to use to control it is lung issues including fibrosis. Our weakened immune system make us susceptible to infections and if you are unlucky and have had lots of chest infections, pulmonary fibrosis sometimes can be the result. It's no wonder you are having problems with your breathing. I hope your respiratory team can help you manage this condition and improve things for you. You already have so much to deal with and you don't need anymore. Xx
Sorry to hear this news sylvi, hopefully they can help you at your appointment. Big gentle hugs 🤗 take care 💐
Very sad to hear this. I have a chronic cough and they want a chest X-ray every year now. Damn disease.
It’s like a collectors badge club this RA and friends club! None of want to be part of it either. Big hugs x
So sorry to hear this . Yet another thing to deal with. They do have drugs to to control fibrosis now I believe so fingers crossed . xx
Thank you all very much on my post about my new diagnosis. It is just something else i have to fight and i will.xxxxx
Good morning Sylvi , your a strong fighter that’s for sure , a lovely lady xxx
Thank you darling i don't have a choice do i . xxx
Well you say that but we do have choices , I think that when we get poorly it’s best to try and fight it this should make us stronger mentally and then physically will follow hopefully . It’s a lovely sunny day . But still really cold . If you have a bad chest then this weather is too cold to go out in xxx
Until i see the specilaist darling i don't have a choice, but i will fight to best of my will darling. Bob has gone shopping, but i have stayed here in the warm. I am very wheezy at the moment. xxxx
Have you ever tried inhaling steam over a bowl for some comfort, how is Bob getting on , he is a very kind person to you .
Not given that a thought darling. I will give it a go and see what happens. Bob is on the mend as the drug he was on was causing him major problems and within 24hrs of stopping he was better and has been ever since. xxxx
Does the respiratory specialist know about the fibrosis. Have you had a CT. I ask as I had a T last year which showed fibrosis, my gp had sent a routine referral to respiratory at the same time as ordering the CT. They weren’t seeing routine patients but when I explained my diagnosis I was seen in 2 weeks. Perhaps see if they can bring your appointment forward. If not your gp could order your HRCT and lung scan to avoid delays when you do see respiratory. It is a stressful time and an emotional rollercoaster. Sending hugs 🤗
Oh no Sylvi. I hope you can get something sorted out soon.
Sorry to this Sylvi not something you want to hear, your GP sounds as if he's very pro active and taking good care of you. I hope your Bob is feeling ok now.
So sorry to hear this. I hope you feel better soon 💐
Oh Syvi, you have so much to deal with already. I'm really sorry that you have yet more. Thinking of you and holding you in love and in prayer. God Bless dear friend. xx❤️❤️
So sorry to hear this Sylvi especially after all the other things you’ve had recently. I hope you can get some answers and treatment when you see the respiratory folk soon. Take care xx
Oh poo pants Sylvi (I would say something stronger but may be banned!). Sorry to read your update, sending a big hug, I know you will fight as you always do but please be kind to yourself too. 🤗
Blood and sand, Sylvi, what rotten luck. Here's hoping you can pull round from this, too
So sorry to hear you are having more health problems Sylvie.
