I would try using Epsom Salts in warm water and put your feet in it. Also magnesium supplement helps with cramps.

I do stretching, soaking in warm water and eating Marmite sandwiches (don't ask me why that helps but it does!). It's very irritating (and painful) when I get it in the swimming pool doing aqua-fit!

Oooh nasty. I tried drinking Indian tonic water, it has to be the sort with quinine, and it helped a lot. Himself has half a glass at bedtime to ward it off and it seems to work. I hope this helps

Sportsmen eat bananas to replace potassium to stop getting cramp.....worth a try if you like bananas!

Shouldn't think it would help numbness, although if your cramped muscle is pressing on a nerve...it might!

I have had tremendous success with magnesium supplements. I was taking them 4 times a day and my foot cramps disappeared. I now just take 1 per day. The brand I use is Doctors Best high absorption magnesium from Amazon. Take care and be good!
