So physical therapy was hard today. She had me so much harder exercises and I know I probably won’t sleep well tonight but I don’t really even care at the moment. The reason I don’t care is because today is officially the best day of the year. I got a new phone!!!! Before I had a tiny iPhone se (which is an iPhone five size with some features of the iPhone 6s) and today I got myself the iPhone 8 Plus. I originally wanted the iPhone X but hey. You get what you can get. Plus in a few months my mom might be open to getting me an Apple Watch so I can monitor things like my exercise info and heart rate. I’ve heard so many stories of how apple watches have saved lives because of that feature. Plus it’d make it easier for medics to identify me and know my medications and conditions all that Jazz. So that’s been on my wishlist for a while. But anyways. It is so much easier to type and use my phone now because i have a big phone now.
Yay!!!: So physical therapy was hard today. She had me... - NRAS
Yay!!!
Ccrowlu,
The iPhones are great! I have the iPhone 6s! I’m glad for you! You can do so many things on these phones! Great health apps! Enjoy!!
Great news 😊
Hi Ccrowlu - I had knee surgery a month ago and have been doing the PT as well. But I would ask if they have modified your routine for RA? The first time I actually had the therapy I flared for almost three days. When I went back I asked them if they had me in the "first injury, 25 year old" patient routine. They looked a little funny and dialed it back a couple of notches. MUCH better after that, and yet still a good workout...
Well I found out last year at the end of the year I was misdiagnosed with RA. I actually have Hypermobility. The symptoms are quite similar. But I still post on here because I have come to love the community and the support in this group.
It's all good - We love having you too! So not a worry!
