Can't do much until this settles , it's so sore had bottle pain tabs so mabe it start helping soon

I found that squeezing a hot wheat bag helped a bit. Hugs

Oh my goodness... I'm so sorry you're in such bad sorts. I hate it when my hands are bad... It's depressing, isn't it? No one understands the weird, indescribable pain it causes. The best way I tell others is that it feels like my hands are broken and I don't want to move them. When I'm really bad, they become crippled and I can't even move them. I hope the pain pills have helped you thus far!

Yes that's abt it , the worse is you can't do much with no hands it makes me so fed up and to of shoulders as well, hope your ok an thankyou for reply it does help to know some one understands

Ohhhh.... The shoulders... The worst combo. I really feel for you! Are you taking any RA meds?? Are they helping at all?

I was on mtx an benapali few months ago but had to stop I had infection just on low dose steroid and hydx will be going to see my consultant in Aug it's been a rough ride these past few months and I'm not looking forward to starting all over again and did affects 😬

They helped for a few months and then it got worse and more frequent .
