bruising thumb pain

so this has been happening for a few months and i dont know what it is. my metacarpal bone on my right hand thumb has this weird on and off bruising feeling. i get it sometimes and it’ll last a day maybe two and then just go away for a bit. it feels like it’s bruised under the skin but you can’t see any sign of bruising and it hurts to touch. does anyone know what it is?

Yes but mines on my big toe it's very sore, but can't see any infection or anything just put it down to all the rest of pains in joints think it just goes anywhere
