Hi everyone ,as usual I'll try anything recommended and have started taking apple cider vinegar. Honey and hot water to help with the side effects ,didn't think much of it but tried adding a wee bit of ginger and it's good ,especially with the nausea .Hope it helps ,worth a try .Wish someone would find something to help shocks in wrists and ankles in morning 😭😭😭😭😭hot water by the way ,forgot to say let it cool a bit .😁 Esther McVey should be sacked ,just thought I'd add that 😉

Well if your results were bad ,like no points you have to request a mandatory reconsideration ,it should tell you on your result form what number to phone .Then you wait to hear and you'll get a letter to day if anything has changed ,if not you have to appeal .Your better getting a representative from welfare rights if your unsure ,good luck 😏

Hi Marie ,yes j was the same 6 points,I got are from HSCP although they guided me through the process of tribunal and upper tribunal they didn't say much in my way of defence ,I was not impressed really ,I even got a great letter from my doctor and they didn't even use it ,instead they used a letter from a doc whom I have only saw once and he said nothing that helped .Any way it's over now thank goodness .Wish you luck in your case x
