I am also having terrible cramps in my hamstrings, few days after taking the last of the three shots. It hurt worse than my knees. Cannot recommend a solution but I pray and bear the pain

That sounds horrible! What's the point of the steroid... If administering it is more painful than the arthritis!! I seriously hope it calms down and can get to doing its job- GIVING RELIEF!
