Bloodshot eyes

Anyone have red (bloodshot) eyes? I use both prescribed and OTC eye drops for dry eye. Eyes feel much better but still look quite red.wonder if anyone will see this post... royal wedding today 😊

Hi and no I’m not going to watch the wedding, I had a bloodshot eye two weeks ago and I was rushed to Hospital after wife contacted 111, we don’t live together so I’m somewhere else, wife called me and saying the ambulance will be here in 5 mins, I didn’t know my aya was red beacuase I hadn’t known, my son says , why is your eye red, took a picture and sent it to his mum who then asked for advise, next thing Paramedics in my flat and it’s only a small one.

I was then taken to Hospital strapped up needles in painkillers by drip, released again 7 hours later at 0330 hrs

The whole thing was outstanding, thank everyone involved.

Ooh Philip I do hope you're feeling ok now. Did they not tell you what the red eye meant? Oh silly me. Why tell the patient

Lil, no they said it is ARTERITIS, my GP, you can never believe anything they say at A&E, lol, so i don't know now lol..

I also have red eyes. I'm using Systane ultra otc eye drops but they really don't help. The worse I feel, the more red and puffy my eyes get. I could also use some advice for this. I wish you good health! Be good, Penny
