“I am a student studying product design at Leeds Beckett University. Currently doing a self set project focusing on arthritis, gathering research is a big part of it to ensure I meet the desired user group. I am focusing on how people manage their time and lifestyles around arthritis. From speaking to multiple user groups the management side of it seems to be one of the things a lot of people struggle with. So the aim would be to design something that makes managing your time and tasks easier.

The main things I would like to know are:

What is the hardest part about managing a lifestyle with arthritis?

Is it hard to keep track of everything? How to you manage things so you don’t forget about your medication, exercises, doctor visits etc.

Do you own anything to make managing it easier?

Do you struggle with managing it?
