I have taken all three together with no problems. But always a good idea to check with doctor or pharmacist

The best person to ask is the Pharmacist who fills your scripts. They will know interactions between any other of your regular meds not just MTX & HCQ. I'd say though if Piriton (cetirizine) makes you drowsy that may be amplified by some meds we're prescribed, one such that I'm prescribed is amitriptyline.

I think that's wise. I hope you get the ok to take it with alongside your meds.

I know you can with methotrexate, because I do (asked pharmacist) don't know about the other drug. Best to check.

Personally with questions, I find it better to phone the the company. I have phoned them in the past and received a very warm welcome, they threw burning oil at me, lol and they are only too pleased to help you.

If not I wouldn’t bother.

I take 6 pills 2.5mg each methotrexate a week, 5mg leucovorin on day after methotrexate, 400 MG hydroxychloroquine daily and 1 10 mg cetirizine daily. My physician has my current list of meds but I find that calling the pharmacist is best way to know for sure. I can email my physician and get a response in 24 hours but prefer to consult with pharmacy....they seem to be aware of interactions and can be called usually up until 9-10 in the evening.

Hi there

I am very allergic to Hydroxychloroquine but as I can't tolerate Mthx or Sulfa or Leflunomide because of my liver the hospital says that the benefits of Hydroxychloroquine combined with Benepali outweigh the allergy. So despite the side effects I take 200mg of Hydroxy morning and night time.

I am allowed up to 50mg of ( Piriton) Certrazine Hydrochloride a day. Sometimes two tablets of 10mg morning and evening work no problem but sometimes I have to take all 5 10mg tablets as the itch is too severe.

All the best Mx
