Got an appointment next week.Not sure what to expect being my first time.

what do you wear do you wear same has Physiotherapy.

I had to see one. She just asked about my health and how I was coping at work. Wanted to know meds I was taking and that was about it x said if I the future I need more support and work to give them a call.

I was there 1 and half hours. Very helpfull, said I would have about 3 appointments. She went thru meds, what I can and cannot do. Wore normal clothes. Next one next week 2 weeks after first one. She said they would focus on kitchen and what may help me. It was much more constructive than I expected. To be honest there was nothing they can do for me with large pieces of equipment. Im looking forward to some input regarding help in kitchen. Hope that helps.
