Synera patch for Humira shot pain

Hello everyone,

Recently I have seen some recommend the Synera patch to help with pain when giving myself the shot. Has anyone here tried it, and if so, does it really help?

I haven't used them on myself before injections, but they would work to dull the pain of an injection - my dentist uses them before nerve blocks in the mouth. I think most people just put up with the momentary pain on putting the needle in!
