Snowing in Essex!

Love the picture 😀 . Got snowed in on Friday with 6-7 inches of snow ! It eased on Saturday but snow not diappearing yet . My husband and a neighbor have cleared a good bit of the road and put down grit , i will attempt to drive tomorrow. It looks beautiful but i do not like it ☹️⛄️⛄️

Where are you? That sounds like a lorra lorra snow! You should be an expert with a name of 'weathervane' 😁I can understand that some people don't like the snow, but we don't get much here so it's a bit exciting 🤗

I live in the north of Ireland , yes it is pretty but when you slip all over the road and get stuck in the house for a couple of days it’s definitely not nice . I hope you don’t get too much more - keep warm xx

I took that pic earlier and it's still snowing; it's heavier than earlier. We're in for the day I think - a shame as we were going to pop into Chelmsford for our Christmas tree today 🎅🌲Merry Christmas to you too!

I was born in Wickford, when I was a teenager remember going to work on the train, it always ran and the buses too, but the snow covered my wellies!

Near Rugby, have moved around a lot I suppose. My brother lives at Leigh on Sea and my sister just moved from Eastwood to Thorpe Bay.

I live on the wick.

I lived in the Southend rd so lived in Wickford all my life.

My parents moved to Wickford in the 50s
