I am thinking of starting to take tumeric golden paste, but I take daily blood pressure tablets, could this harm me? is there anything else one should avoid whilst taking the golden paste.

If you are under the care of a rheumatologist then I should think you would be better to direct your enquiry to them or to a pharmacist?
We aren't allowed to offer medical advice. You should ask your doctor because tumeric paste can interfer with your blood pressure pills.
I too take blood pressure pills & I would love to be only taking tumeric to control my BP....but my GP said " What is the proper dose for you? Do you know? Do you really want to risk your life adjusting your tumeric dose until you find the right amount to take?"....If you take both Rx pills & tumeric, your blood pressure can drop too low. This can restrict the amount of blood flowing to your brain and other vital organs, which can cause unsteadiness, dizziness or fainting or even death.
Gosh, I'm so sorry for being blunt. I just don't want anything dangerous to happen to you.
Never heard of the paste but my GP totally encourages me to take my turmeric. I take it as curcumin in pill form.
