When I go outside in the wind and rain this happens under my right eye. Once my face warms up it disappears. Any ideas please? It makes me conscious of going out as it looks like a sting or a bite..it's been happening for about a year now but only in this weather.

Is it a little pore/gland getting irritated by the weather? We know too how fluid can collect in the under eye area for some people when they have tired or irritated eyes. Hope it disappears again.
