Do you ever do meetings like this in Peterborough?

Thanks for your message. Unfortunately we don't have any groups in the Peterborough area currently - we rely on volunteers to run them and so setting up a new group (and keeping them going!) isn't easy. There is an exercise scheme in the area for people with long term conditions that might be of interest and they have a social aspect to them too - nras.org.uk/groups/peterbor...

For people who don't have a group nearby or have trouble accessing - NRAS also offers a peer to peer telephone support so if there's a particular topic you wish to talk about i.e. starting a new medication, work-related issues etc then we can try and match you to one of our trained telephone volunteers. To set up a call - contact the Helpline on 0800 298 7650 and they'll start the process.
