Hia!
Not had HA shots/jabs no. I did ask my rheumy(NHS)Doc, who said they don't offer them in my borough bcz they are very pricey. Works on some ppl he said but not on most, eh!

Hi. I had steroid injection in my knee & it never helped with the pain. I just take painkillers co- codamol 30/500 .
Hi. I've had them, and they really helped me. I'm almost bone on bone in my left knee. My orthopedic dr wanted me to consider a knee replacement. I wasn't quite ready to go that route, so I got a second opinion. My new orthopedic dr suggested trying the ha injections (my first dr never even told me about them). I'm so glad he did. It helped immensely. I just had a second round of them. They are just like getting a cortisone shot. Not too bad.
Love ❤️ love ❤️ them really helped me . I hate needles but it's worth it.
