So much pain

I have been diagnosed with lymphoma, but my major concern is the pain that is everywhere in my body that isn't even related to my lymphoma. My hands, ankles, behind my knees spreading up into my shoulders. Horrible stiffness and nobody seems to know what it is. One doctor says my body is worn out. Another says there is no structural reason for my pain so my brain must be exaggerating the pain. These are not satisfactory answers to me, I am in pain constantly and it is spreading
