I am on holiday in peuto Rica Gran Canaria I have come out in blisters on both hands I went to the pharmacy here and showed him he said I need to see a doctor what puts me off is it might cost a fortune has any body else suffered with them they are very sore painful and embarrassing can anybody help with any creams I can use any help would be grateful

Sorry, no. But, just wanted to reply and say I'm thinking of you and I hope you feel better soon.

If you have them in your mouth might be foot n mouth- not dangerous in Humans,but you need to check with a doc - won't your travel insurance/ E11? Card cover it? X

Some meds can cause potentially serious side effects of blistering. Could be nothing, but worth getting it checked.

Do you have a European Heakth insurance card? If you have the Canary islands are part of Spain so if you go To a PUBLIC hospital nit NOT a Pivate one you should be able to get some help.

Do you have travel insurance? If you do that should have medical cover.

Hi there

Are you on methotrexate? It's a light sensitive drug and you shouldn't go in the sun. I came out in a rash years ago whilst in Bulgaria, no one told me a lot of RA drugs are light sensitive.
