NRAS Group Meetings— Week Commencing 12th June 2017

Great Yarmouth NRAS Group

The Great Yarmouth & Waveney NRAS Group meet in the ‘Buzz Room’ of the Louise Hamilton Centre, James Paget Hospital, Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, NR31 6LA from 5:30pm-7:00pm on the second Tuesday of each month (January-November). Meetings will sometimes alternate between a guest speaker and social meetings.

13th June - Guest speaker: Zoe Clark an Osteopath who has an auto immune illness, is coming to speak about how Osteopathy can help.

Banbury NRAS Group

The Banbury NRAS Group meet bi-monthly on a Wednesday in the Training Room of the Horton Hospital, Oxford Road, Banbury, OX16 9AL from 6:30pm-8:00pm.

14th June - Social evening! Bring any useful RA gadgets you might have to share with the group.

North Hampshire & Winchester NRAS Group

The following dates for group meetings are to be held at Central 40, Chineham Park, Basingstoke RG24 8WG on a Wednesday from 7:00pm-9:00pm.

14th June - Guest speaker: Ian Harrison, from Physical Balance Ltd will present - 'Back To Basics - RA & Spinal Pain'

Weston-super-Mare NRAS Group

Meetings are held in Conference Room 1 at The Campus, Highlands Lane, Weston-super-Mare, BS24 7DX monthly on a Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

14th June - Guest speaker: Nikki Smith will be telling the group about a new gentle exercise programme called 'extend' for people with reduced mobility
