GCA confusion

I have buldging veins on my temples.Little confused about GCA.Bt I am only 17

Bulging veins on your temples,I would get your your self yo your go/Dr asap, that could be serious.

Vasculitis UK also have a community on HU. Maybe you could ask the question on there? They have several experts on there, such as Susan and John Mills, who can give you better advice and guidance as to where to go next. Usually I would agree to ask your GP, but GP's know very little about vasculitis. It is a rare disease and only a specialist would know. I have Rheumatoid Vasculitis, and I sometimes wonder if I might also have GCA as the veins in my temple also bulge.

Oh but you need to have a lot of pain if you have GCA. Some people just have bulging veins and it's quite normal. Is this something new or something you've had always?
