wish this pain would go away

sorry to vent on here but I know this is a safe place and none of my family are on here unlike other social media sites been trying to carry on and not worry my son more than anyone who has started his exams this week and I don't want him worrying about my when he should be concentrating on his exams. It all stared Tuesday morning when I woke up early hours because my hips where freezing cold don't know why it weren't cold and no other part of me felt cold that's when the extra pain and stiffness kicked in but carried on slower and doing less than normal but yesterday evening and still now the pain changed and the best way to describe it is like someone is stood behind me with their hands on my hips and thumbs on my spine and pushing there thumbs in and pulling my hips back towards them I'm trying my best to fight back tears I don't know what to do just wish I would go back to the normal I can cope with sorry again for the moan hope everyone else is doing better than I am
