Feeling annoyed.......

Just been down the hospital to get my bloods done ready for rheumy apt on Wednesday and thanks to the cyber attackers couldn't do the bloods. I am so blooming annoyed about it as i am not feeling my best this afternoon.

That's a nuisance ! Actually you've just reminded me I must get my bloods done as I'm overdue by a week. Our clinic has moved out of hospital and we have Community Rheumy Clinic just off town centre and I get my bloods done there, also see rheumy every three months. Can you get blood done tomorrow ? - hope so xx

I was lucky . Was in Friday and today and they just did the stuff and said they would write it all up later x maybe different areas have been affected differently. Hope you get them done asap x

Both my h & myself were fortunate, I had my Rheumy appointment at 10.30 & h had a CT scan at 2pm Friday, just before it all went phtt. Talking to medical professional friends over the weekend we couldn't believe it when we were told at our hospital they're still working off Windows 7. However, my h was back at hospital today & some of their computers are now ok'd & working, the ones that aren't to be used have a big red dot on them!

I'm having extra bloods done at my Surgery tomorrow Sylvi. When my Rheumy was checking my latest bloods for some unknown reason my Alk Phos/ALT & Urea/Creatinine levels weren't taken. Maybe worth a phone call to ask if yours could do your bloods too? If you explain why they're needed, your Rheumy could have them retrieved for your appointment Wednesday.

If only somebody with authority in the NHS could realise that throwing money Willy Nilly into the service is not the answer! If the systems had all been updated & monitored this catastrophe might not have happened.

well ive been trying to get a appointment with my rymy consultant for about three weeks now and they have told me some files were not backed up so I cant get a appointment ttill they fine whats missing don't help when your having a flare have termilly ill hubby two kids and work full time nights my neastest hospital to get to see consltant is 6 miles away that's for bloods to hope u get sorted sylvi lovely name my late mum was called Sylvia I miss her dearly dementia took her away I'm working I'n care in her hononer take care love x

I am honoured that i carry your mums name i will try to live up to the name darling. Darling if your suffering go to A&E as you need help now not when they find the files. In is hard being us isn't it and you have more than your fair share of problems,not only do you have the dreaded RA,but you have your darling hubby very ill as well with no chance of a recovery.
