Give it time Minka.....I'm sure you will feel the benefit soon, but don't overdo the exercise....if what you are doing is proving too painful ask your physio for some less vigorous movements & work up to the more energetic.
Sorry to hear things are feeling more difficult than before for you.
I had total knee replacements in both knees, at the same time and as much as exercise is hugely important, I can't stress to you how important resting is too.
thanks all for the warm replies last night my feet heated up so much after being cold i thought they where going to burst from blue toes to red hot feet i dont know what the heck is going on with them and ankle and knee where aching like hell. i did the exersise bike yesterday on low setting and me quads exersises and vmo it feels like if i do them i get me feet a bit more warmer dont do them and they frezze and give me them puple big toes. I HAVE ALSO NOTICED THE FEET ARE GETTING THICKER IN THE SKIN and im thinking not sceradoma please not that.
I have been a bit naughty in seeing how this foot and knee feels to walk on with a few steps but it feels like ankle is going to break and knee is like having no bearing pad which they have took away to see if my body will make fibro cartlidge.
my main worry is this guy is not going to see this at all oh for hindsight if i had left well alone and stayed at me 2 miles i know in my own mind i would have got round better instead of using a wheel chair at tesco when out shopping with the wife. i may just do a bit of exersise today not a lot as people suggest on here i might have a day off in 4 1/2 weeks mybe im pussing to much.
