Well i saw the neurosurgeon this morning and the next step is an operation,it is planned for about August. Three month wait he said so he is going to put me on his list.
He did say he will be able to ease the pain going down my back, but my back i will never be pain free as i have arthritis down my back. He is going to shave bone of the restriction so giving my nerves more room. I have a lot of major health issues so it isn't going to be a easy operation.
I was at the the drs yesterday and i have allergies as well as thrush in my mouth, So nasal spray for the allergies and some stuff to swish round my mouth for the thrush. So at the moment i am having a right old time of it.xxxxxxx

At least you are on the waiting list and the operation should give you relief. I have bad allergies as well. I take fexofenadine hydrochloride all year but it hasn't been enough so I've been taking benedryl as well.
Poor you. I had a bad go with oral thrush and my dr advised me to eat fresh pineapple ans suck on a little bit of a berroca tablet. Not sure which worked but either one or both did. Xx
Sounds lovely. I won't be going away until much later. I am at last having wrist surgery on the 8th May and have been told it will be in a cast for 6-8 weeks and no driving for at least 10 weeks. Hopefully it will heal quickly. It's very difficult when your by yourself although my daughter isn't too far away and she will be here most days xx
You really seem to be having a bad time at the moment, sending a gentle hug. At least your having an op done to help, bit of a wait but thats how things are at the moment.
Hope your holidays help to keep your mind off things. We keep saying we are going to go to Cornwall, last time we went was over the new year 2007/2008, it was very cold, we've got friends down there.
