I saw from your previous post that you are struggling to cope with your present job. Have you discussed this with your manager? If you are in the UK dont forget there is legislation in place that they must accommodate any disabilities. Get advice from CAB or union rep, if you are in a union. Or ring the NRAS office. As far as what job you can do with RA? Depends on you. Good luck. Oh and welcome to this great forum.

My boss couldn't care less as long as I'm doing the work they ask me to do, I've had it before as they dont believe that I have RA. I struggle most days when I'm there, I don't do many hours but what I do takes it out of me. They knew I had it from the beginning and now making it seem like they don't know. It's frustrating and hurts a great deal emotionally as well as physically.

Do you have an occupational health dept? They would be able to talk to your boss. They may not like your diagnosis but you are protected by law if you live in E U

Hi I work in legal/HR. Your boss HAS to do a risk assessment and make adjustments for you by law. If you feel like nothing has been done despite numerous complaints you can file for constructive dismissal due to disability discrimination. Hope you get sorted.
